I have a policy for my Japanese Office in which you get hired on the 1st of the month (June 1st) You go 6 months No PTO ACCRUE. On the 6th month anniversary you get 12 days. That in itself becomes your PTO ANNIVERSARY DATE. Because 12 months from that date you get 13 days PTO. (Or 18 months from your anniversary date.) Than 12 months from that PTO anniversary date you 14 days. Than it goes up for the next 10 years. The problem is, when I set the first year, and subsequent years it asks me for “anniversary date” and or month. To set a default the month will always be different depending on when the persons starts. The anniversary date isn’t true because there is the 6 month wait period. Is there any way to fix this? I need an effective date or PTO Anniversary Date. Is there anyone else who works with a Japanese office that has this issue
