Permission Sets and Report Access

Hi All,

When attempting to create and give access to reports in Replicon, it can be a bit difficult to know who can see which fields once the report is run.
As an example, PMs are only able to see Project related information, and as such can see the Project Rate of a user, but cannot see their base user rate, which we use in most calculations.

I was wondering if their exists a spreadsheet or template which lists the various fields in the various reports, and which permissions sets would/would not have access to see those fields.

Hi Deon,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

As every permission has sub-permission to suit the need of all our customers, permissions can be modified as per to your company requirement. If you open a permission set you will get to see all the access and can restrict the user or allow the user based on their designation.

Below are the documents to understand permission set and how to set up permissions.

Users' will be allowed or restricted access to sensitive data based on their permission set. You can restrict users' report capability but restricting access on their permission set.

Please do let me know if this answers your question.

It would be helpful, if at the report level, I could set the permission.  So even if the person is a Project Manager or Supervisor, for a given report  I should be able to restrict it to just them (the user) not their team or direct reports.  So in my case we want a report called Track My Time, which tells them for the course of the year, how many billable, non-billable and timeoff hours (including timeoff type) they have enter into Replicon.  Right now, I can build the report but the Project Manager and Supervisor should NOT be able to see all of the other employee details.  Right now to do this, I have to create custom reports for each employee, and that is NOT helpful.
