How to create a new permission with Locked In-Out Timesheet in Gen2?

Hi,

Locked In/Out is a Timesheet format that allows you Punch In and Out when you Start and Stop working. Users cannot edit the time they have entered. Each day within the Timesheet period is shown on its own page.  Follow the steps below to create a new permission with Locked In/Out Timesheet format.

To create a new permission in Replicon, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Replicon with administrative rights.
  • Click on Administration tab at the top.
  • On the left side pane, under Users/Departments click on Permissions.
  • Click on Add, fill in a new NameDescription, put a check mark against Enabled.
  • If applicable select the required closest based on permission you want to base the new permission on.
  • Expand Timesheet and Select 'Locked In/Out' from the drop down list under User Timesheet.
  • Click Save to apply changes.
Note: If you want partial employees to use Standard or In/out Timesheet format and rest Locked In/Out format, then it is recommended to create another permission based on Timesheet with Standard Timesheet format selected and assign that permission to the users/employees on Replicon. If multiple permissions are assigned with Standard Timesheet format in one and Locked In/Out on the other then Locked In/Out will take presedence.
