Hi Linda,

Thank you for using Replicon community,

Replicon is currently designed to track time on an hourly basis, in Gen2 we are not performing any new feature releases for now. Only bug fixes are being deployed.

In Gen3, this could be achieved via our new pay rules engine. We recommend speaking to your account manager who can quickly set you up with a trial along with your data or give a demo of the same.

Hi Linda,

Do the employees clock in/out or do they simply record the number of hours worked in a day?

We can solve your problem in a number of ways in Gen3. Depending on the organization's needs, the solution may be as simple as adding a time-sheet level field where the employee would be able to record the number of shifts that he/she was on-call for. We would then be able to automate the wage payments for the on-call shifts so that this would not have to be manually done. If employees are scheduled for on call shifts within our system, we could even further automate the payments so that the employee didn't even have to indicate such, the system would now that the employee was entitled to such based on the employee's schedule. Using this information, the system could then automatically pay that employee accordingly for any wage premiums that are owed. If you have any further questions about anything, please let me know.
