I am the Replicon administrator for my company and I've had several people tell me they've used the "forgot password" function and received a pop up stating an e-mail would be sent. They don't receive the e-mail so I ask them to check the spam folder, and still it is not there. I tried to duplicate the scenario and was able to. I prompted for a password reset, received a pop up stating an e-mail would be sent, and I never received it.
My question here is: is there a way for me (as the administrator) to get a password reset notification when an employee needs one?
I already reset the passwords since we, for some reason, don't seem to ever receive the Replicon support e-mail.
