Part time employees

Dear Replicon Community,

We are going to deploy Replicon soon in our company, but it looks like the solution is not as flexible as we would like in terms of standard data validations. For a full time employee in Belgium n° of working hours per day should be 8 but in Switzerland is 8:30. therefore a unique "Daily Minimum Hours" validation rule it wouldn't work, since as a minimum we would need 2 linked to two different timesheet templates. On top of that when you are managing part-timers, situation became extremely complex, for instance a person working on the following schedule:  Mo 8h Tu 4h We 8h Th 4h Fr 0, How can we ensure that this part-timer has at least track in the timesheet the theoretical numbers on hours he/she is supposed to work that day?,

Any possible solution, workaround recommendation....would be more than welcome, since I can't believe we are the only company using Replicon managing part-time people and with the same kind of requirements.
