Paid Break, not overtime

With the new DOL changes to take effect effective December 1, I have been trying to create a time sheet which allows for an unpaid Meal break as well as a paid break.

However, the paid break will not be eligible toward the calculation of overtime (40+ hours worked in a work week).

Does anyone have a method or work-a-round ?

I want to avoid the extreme of dropping Replicon in favor of paper time sheet submissions for the affected employees.

Thanky ou.

Hi John,

Thanks for using Replicon community.

Yes, we should be able to accommodate this setup. However we would need to understand your existing setup and then drive upon a solution.

Could we setup a meeting to discuss this further.

Thanks,

Ashnee,

Do you have an update ?

Communications is required to be delivered to the affected employees as well as re-training. Our HR wishes to deliver the communication next week. However, we have yet to identify a method in which the DOL changes can be reflected on the Standard Time sheet.

Hi John,

My Compliance team would like to have a call with you. Is there a time I can borrow from your schedule tomorrow to have this call scheduled?

Thanks,

I will be working remotely tomorrow and the location is not that ideal for such a call.

I am available today between 10-11:00 AM EST and again for 30 minutes at 1:00 PM EST?
