Outlook or Google Calendar shows incorrect start and end time for time offs post syncing with Replicon

Time off bookings once synced Google Calendar or Outlook will have issues showing the proper time zone information as shown in the below screenshot. 



Reason for this being a mismatch between the Timezone in Replicon & Outlook. Follow the steps mentioned below to change the Timezone in both Replicon and Outlook.

Steps to change or edit the time zone settings for Outlook:
  • Click on File.
  • Click on Options.
  • Click on the Calendar tab.
  • Scroll down to the Time zone section and change it to match Replicon. 



Steps to change or edit the time zone settings for users in Replicon:
  • Log into Replicon as Administrator
  • Go to Users 
  • Edit  the required users account
  • Go to Schedule
  • Select the correct Timezone


Please regenerate the URL for Calendar feed and re-sync with outlook after the correction.

Outlook is no working on my MacBook Pro device I also contacted Apple technical service but they told me that there is no fault in the system. So, can anyone tell me a way to solve this issue?
