Not receiving scheduled report even though there are indications it was sent

I set up two scheduled reports from two different reports that use the same report template.  They were scheduled to run immediately.  The first report was received but the second one wasn't.  The recurrence for both is Weekly.  When I go into the 2nd report, the date for the next scheduled run is in 7 days, which would imply that the system sent the report.  I tried setting up another scheduled report from a new report with the same results.

This might be caused due to the data that is in the report.

We will loop in our support team and they will contact you via email and then check the reason.

In the meantime, you can try compressing the reports and check if this helps

The compress settings can be changed by going to:
