Should have the ability to create custom fields that would be required depending on the Expense Type selected.

Similarly, I would really appreciate having the ability to make any field, custom or not, required.  For example, it is required for our employees to enter a payment method for each expense.  Because we are not able to make this field required, employees often do not enter anything and then the reports are rejected, which holds up invoicing and reimbursement processes.
