Need to add certain Saturdays as working days

I'm trying to set up certain Saturdays in 2016 as working days.
I've tried using Office Schedules, but I cannot limit it to 1 week only.

Background:
In Hungary, if we have a public holiday on Tuesday or Thursday, we receive the Monday or Friday as bridging (holiday) day, so a 4-day long weekend is created. But, we also get an extra working day, usually 2 weeks before, on a Saturday. (E.g. Nov 1 is public holiday, we get Oct 31 as bridging day and Oct 15 as a working day.)

Proposed solution: have "negative" Holiday days in the Holiday calendar, which make weekend days into working days.

How do I identify that? :-)
I believe we do not use timesheets (I only receive time off bookings, and when I check the timesheet tab, there is no active or previous timesheets...)
