Manually reduce holiday balance

We have a rule that any holidays carried over from a previous holiday year (ending 31st Dec) must be taken by 29th Feb. Some employees have not taken their carried over balance by 29th Feb and we therefore need to adjust their balance. Eg. one employee needs 2.5 days deducted from their balance.

How can this be done?

Hi Claire,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

Assuming that you already have the list of users for whom you have to manually adjust the balance, you can do the following:

Go to Administration
Click on Users
Choose the user profile and go to Time off 
Click on Edit Historical Policy for the Time off type in question 

                                        

Adjust the Starting balance
If you have starting balance set to carry previous balance then set the balance manually to a number you wish to provide the user with

                                       

Click Done

                                      

And click save at the top of the page
