Hello Replicon!  I'm having a MAJOR issue with my Gen2 instance.  I found that the Department Full Path column under reports is not listing the 3rd entry sub departments that were added.  How can this be remedied quickly?  I have very important reporting to provide my CFO & CEO that now cannot be completed.  Please get back to me as soon as you can.  The problem appears to be a programming flaw.  THANK YOU!!

I am using the TImesheet Hours Details template.  The specific report where I added the department full path column is Direct Response Hours Report.  I need all the information in this report as well as the sub-departments.

Hi Martine,

I would just like to confirm one more thing here. The department (Full Path) displays the complete path of your primary department. So if a user has the primary department set as C which is under department B and inturn under Department A, then the column department (full path) will show you A/B/C. I would like to ensure that this is the scenario that we are talking about and not the additional departments assigned to the user.

Thanks,

Hello Martine,

I had a quick cross check on this scenario, could you export the report to excel format and check if you're able to see the complete department path?

Thanks,
Raghu K
