Issue with Time Off policies based on User's anniversary date

We have our PTO Time off policies based on user's anniversary date. We want to change effective date to January 1st after 2 years of start date and follow calendar year instead of anniversary date. We can configure this in the user level however we need it in the global level.

When you say global level are you looking at setting this up under Administration > Time Off Types section? or you are referring to applying the new policies to everyone?

Hi Nicole,

I think I understand - you have anniversary-based policies at the system level but need to switch them to a specific date after 2 years. And, as you've found, we don't support a mix of anniversary dates and fixed dates for the default policies. Unfortunately, this isn't something we currently have planned, but we'll review this during future release planning.

In the meantime, you might be able to use mass edit to make this a little easier. You can set up the anniversary policies at the system level. Then, for all users in the same year, you could mass edit and add policies starting Jan 1. It's not great, but should be a bit easier than manually updating for employees on by one.
