Issue with Sick Time Off

In Gen2 for Sick Time Off type-> Booking Required is selected however its not showing while booking a Time Off.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Following are the reasons why Sick Time Off type may not show up for an employee:- 

1. Sick Time Off type is not enabled at the user level.

- As an Administrator, go to the respective users profile and enable Sick Time Off from Time Off tab.

2. Sick Time Off type is disabled globally.

As an Administrator, go to Administration > Time Off Setup > Time Off Types. Confirm that Sick Time Off type is enabled.
