It is essential for us, that a supervisor is able to view data entered of everyone who is from a hierarchy point of view below him, e.g. that he sees all hour and billing info of the teams that are below him, no matter how far the hierarchy goes down. <br>

Hi Till,

Thank you for using Replicon community,

Are you saying that the supervisor should be able to view the data for other users for whom they are not assigned as the supervisor?

Lingaraj

Yes. The supervisor should be able to see hours for all people that are below him. So if John is Bobs supervisor and Bob is supervisor for everyone in Team A, I want John to be able to see hours of all people in Team A also.
Does that make sense?

Hi Till,

Sorry for the delayed response. This can be achieved only if you provide elevated permissions like Payroll manager for John. We have a beta feature known as groups which can be enabled upon sending the request to our support team.

Supervisor permission by itself will not allow data to be visible for everyone below the hierarchy.

Lingaraj
