I'm already logged in, but going to "Help" kicks me to a new session.  I'd like to view your infographics for an internal campaign, but it's asking for email info rather than treating me as an existing customer.

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

Are you referring to accessing Replicon Community from the instance?

For the initial login try to sign in using your email and password and going forward it must take your login automatically.

If I am missing something please do let me know.
