Idea - Ability to archive old tasks over 12 months old

When we are searching old tasks the list can be exhaustive,  We want to be able to still see old tasks but maybe only
for a period of 12 months before they are archived so that the list is not so long when we are trying to search for data.  We never want the closed tasks to completely disappear because we always want to be able to report on them. 

 Would there be some kind of a filter that can be applied so that only tasks up to 12 months from date of closed appear and the rest are archived and can be accessed if needed?

Thank you for posting your Idea in Replicon Community.

I understand you require to have the task available only for 12 months before they are archived or have a filter to display the task by age.

In most of the organization, the tasks may go beyond the defined dates and as a workaround, you can use our data import functionality (RIA/Data import) to update the task status as per your organization requirement.

I understand you will have to scroll through a list of available tasks and for this, we have the search field to search for the desired task.

we would suggest you use the data import functionality and close the unused task and when required you can change the status again.

Please note RIA is an external plugin that you will have to install on your computer and it supports Windows only.

If you do not wish to install the application and looking for the mass upload functionality within the application, then you can use data import:

To use data import you will have to connect with your Customer Success Manager and they can assist you to upgrade.
