This totally depends on the accrual policy and the reset defined by your Organization Administrator.
We would suggest you go to My Replicon--- Time off --- All balances (Right side top corner) and then select the time off.
This will take you to the page where you can see the policy defined and also see the transactions about accrual and time off taken, provided if the admin has given you the permission to the Time Off tab.
