I receive a License error after log in. What should I do?

If you are an end user and you are receiving a ‘License Error’ then contact your company’s Replicon Administrator. This occurs when you have not been assigned a license seat in Replicon. Your company’s Replicon Administrator will assign the same and you should be able to access the system successfully.

If you are an administrator and you have been contacted by an end user who is facing this issue then perform the following steps:
  • Go to Administration
  • Click on Users
  • Open the user’s profile
  • Go to the License Section in the left side menu
  • Assign a license to this user and save the user profile
