This can be controlled via permissions & these users need not be given Timesheet permission. Please follow the steps below which explains this process:-
Step 1:- Create a new permission without Timesheet enabled within that permission.
- Log into Replicon as an Administrator. - Go to Administration > Users/Departments > Permissions. - Click on Add, provide a name & description. - Enable the required permissions under Approvals. - Ensure Timesheet section is unchecked. - Click on Save.
Step 2:- Assign the newly created permission to the users profile & disable other permissions.
- Log into Replicon as an Administrator. - Go to Administration > Users/Departments > Users. - Double click on the required users account. - Under Access tab > Permissions section. - Enable the newly created permission & disable any Timesheet related permission. - Save the changes.
Now the user will no longer see Timesheet tab & will only be able to do approval related actions.
