How to set up email notification

I'd like to set up email notifications when timesheets due and one day before timesheets due

Hi Gang, 

for using Replicon community.

Here are the steps to configure the Timesheet due notification: 

Step 1 : Define the Due date for the timesheet

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • In the left hand side menu, scroll down to Due/End Date
  • Update the Due dates to 0 (zero).
  • Save the changes.
Step 2 : Change triggering time of a notification mail

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • In the left hand side menu, scroll down to Communications and click on Email Notifications.
  • Click on Edit icon next to the Timeshetet is due notification.
  • Set the Send Message to a 1 day before the due date and set the field At this hour, so that the email notification gets triggered as required.
