You are trying to sync your Replicon data to QuickBooks online using workato and receive the following error:

"401 Unauthorized 47d48b40-4fbb-4fb6-b127-068532a18401
We detected an app connection error. This usually happens when your app login password has changed. Please review and fix the errors, before restarting your recipe."

The issue occurs because the login credentials for QuickBooks Online that are saved in Replicon Integration section are no more valid.

In order to resolve the issue QuickBooks connection will need to be setup once again using the new login credentials for QuickBooks Online. Follow the steps below to setup the connection again:

1. Log into Replicon as Administrator
2. Under Integration > Click on Integration Settings
3. Click on QuickBooks under My Integrations
4. Stop any active recipes.
5. Scroll down to connections and click on the current hyper link as shown in the screenshot below:

6. Click on Disconnect as shown below:

7. Now click on Connect to QuickBooks:

8. On the Intuit login window enter the new QuickBooks Online login credentials

9. Click on Authorize

10. You can now go back and start the recipes that we stopped earlier
