Hi!

Just click on edit (1) and then on remove (2).

Hope this helps.

Hi Vidal,

Do you mean limiting the access or removing the substitute user completely? If its the latter then Nuno's answer holds good. If its limiting the access then that is something we plan but I can check internally when this is on the roadmap.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Vidal,

This is because you don't have 'Assign Substitute Users' permission assigned to you in your user permission set.

If you are an administrator then follow the below steps:

1. Go to Administration -- Users and open your user profile
2. Go to Roles and Permissions and check the User permission type assigned to you
3. Go to administration and click on Permission Sets
4. Open the user type permission assigned to you
5. Check the option Assign Substitute Users
6. Save
7. Logout and login

You should be able to see the edit option now

Thanks,
Aashnee
