I am trying to use GenerateReport which has these fields

reportUri
filterValues
outputFormatUri

I know this line of code works with web services when no URI is needed

request = requests.post(url, headers = headers, auth = (companyKey+'\\'+loginName, password))

I tried

data ={"reportUri": "uri",
  "filterValues": [],
  "outputFormatUri": "csv"}

request = requests.post(url, headers = headers, auth = (companyKey+'\\'+loginName, password), params = data)

But it doesn't work - how do you pass these fields? the API documentation is lacking and confusing.
