The Replicon Mobile App is available on App Store and Play Store. Read More

You can login to the Replicon Mobile App using one of the following login methods based on your profile setup in Replicon Application: (you can reach out to your administrators or immediate supervisors for confirming the profile setup)

  1. Replicon Authentication (Internal) - User is authenticated based on the username and password set up in Replicon
  2. Single Sign OnUses Active Directory or Email Account to authenticate users
          Google SSO (OpenID Connect)
          SAML 1.1
          SAML 2.0

We have explained this login process in detail below:

Logging in using Replicon Authentication (internal)

1) Launch the Replicon Mobile app

2) Enter your company name and user name. Click Sign In

*If the app displays the below message click OK. Launch the App again and repeat steps 1 and 2.

Error Message - Your Company is using an Older Version of the Replicon Platform (Gen 2). Please re-launch the Replicon App to Login to the older Replicon Platform.

3) The app authenticates the company key and prompts you for password. Enter your Password and sign in

4) You will be logged in if the user name, company name and password entered are correct.

                                                  Logging in Using Google SSO

1) Ensure that the user profile has SSO selected in the Authentication Type Field

2) Launch the Replicon mobile app. Enter your user name and password and click on “Sign In with Google”

* If the app displays the below message click OK. Launch the App again. Enter the credentials and Sign In. You will be directed to put in the Google ID

3) Enter your Google ID when prompted to do so

4) You will then be asked to “Open this page in Replicon”. Click Open

5) Once you click on Open you are directed back to the login page and you are logged in.

Logging in Using SAML 1.1/SAML 2.0
(The process followed for both the versions of SAML is same)

1) Launch the Replicon Mobile app

2) Enter your company name, user name and click Sign In

3) You will be prompted to enter his/her Network Credentials

4) You will be asked to “Open this Page in Replicon”. Click Open

5) This will take you back to the login page and log you in to the mobile app

Things to Remember:

1) Multiple users cannot use the same device to access their Replicon application, if they are on Single Sign On.

2) Login Credentials are sorted in the browser cache. When an additional user tries accessing the instance, the authentication will be completed by the browser and not by the IDP server. This might result in opening the original user’s account instead of additional user.

Authentication Process Followed by the Mobile App

Note- You can clear the browser cache if multiple users are accessing the same device.

We hope this information would be helpful to you, please post your questions or queries!

Thank you for this explanation on how to login using SAML 2.0.  However, we are encountering one issue with this, one we enter our company and user name and then enter our network credentials in step 3, we do not see step 4 or 5.  Instead it connects us to Replicon in our browser not the mobile app.  Is there a way to log into the mobile app instead?

You shouldn't have to put in the Replicon username to use google signon. It is very confusing for my users who only use SSO and don't know their usernames.

Hi Dan,

On the mobile app, the login name and company name are two mandatory fields. These are needed for the system to confirm if the user is on internal authentication or SSO.
