Often my timesheets are very similar (and detailed) week to week. is there a way to duplicate a prior timesheet to use as a starting place for the present week?

Hi David,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

Yes, there is a possibility to copy the previous timesheet data over to your new timesheet. Before we proceed may I request you to help me with a small screenshot of your timesheet, so I understand which timesheet format do you currently use?

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi David,

Apologies for a delay in responding.

This can be done by the administrator of Replicon in your organization. The administrator has to go to the timesheet permission assigned to you and check the allow copying of timesheet option. Below is a screenshot:

Below are the detailed steps that explain the steps that administrator has to follow. You can have this forwarded to them:

- Go to administration
- Click on Users
- Open the user profile for whom the copy function needs to be enabled
- Under Access-Permissions check the timesheet permission assigned to this user
- Now click on Administration and go to Permissions under Users/Departments
- Open the timesheet permission that was noted
- Expand timesheet and check this option
- Save the permission

Thanks,
Aashnee
