How to delete a time off that has been auto-populated

Hi Mr Gonzales,

Thank you for choosing Replicon Community !

In Gen3, you can access the historical time offs in the following sections.

  • Payroll > Time Off
Team > Time Off (for Supervisors)

> For this, you either need Payroll Manager permission or/and Supervisor permission.

> In these permissions, the timeoff - delete option has to be checked. 

> You can have the delete option checked in the permissions by going to Permission Set under Administration. (If you have Administration permission enabled)

If you are a supervisor,

> Go to Team Tab,

> Go to the time off section.

> Click on the time off in the calendar that you need to delete.

> Click on "Edit Time off".

>Then Click on "delete time off " to delete it.

If you are a Payroll Manager,

> Go to Payroll tab

> Click on the time off that you need to delete.

> Click on "Edit Time off".

>Then Click on "delete time off " to delete it.
