Hi David,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Steps to create Time Off policy for user are as follows:-

1. Log into Replicon as Administrator.
2. Go to Administration > Users.
3. Edit the required Users Profile.
4. Go to Time Off tab.
5. Under the required Time Off type > click on 'Create New Policy'.
6. Set the required policy settings.
7. Click on done & Save.

Based on the effective date setup, the user will be able to start using this Time Off type.
