Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Please follow the steps below to add new users to Replicon:- 

- Log into Replicon as an Administrator.
- Go to Administration > Employees and Organization > Users.
- Click on +Add User.
- Fill in all the required information.
- Based on the role of the person ensure correct permissions are assigned to the user.
- A template (Timesheet, Time Off or Expense) is a must for users to be able to track Time, Timeoff or submit Expenses. 
- If enabled at the system level, a welcome email is sent to the new user with login name, password & login URL specified during setup.
- For some reason if this email is received by the user, kindly send this email manually and users can login at http://login.replicon.com with the company name, username & password.
