How to control Customer Community Access in your Replicon Application

Accessing Customer Community is now a Click Away. Replicon now provides an option to the customers to access Customer Community from their Replicon Accounts. With the introduction of this option the customers will be directed to the Community page directly.

An account will be automatically created on community upon choosing to Continue as part of sign in process 

The option to access community is available under the User Menu. Screenshots Below:

Access to Customer Community can be controlled by the administrator through the following steps: 

In the Gen 2 Version of Replicon 

  1. Login as an administrator
  2. Goto Administration
  3. Choose 'System Preferences' available under the category System
  4. Check/uncheck the option ' Allow users to access the Customer Community 

     

In the Gen 3 Version of Replicon 

  1. Login as an Administrator
  2. Goto Administration
  3. Choose ‘Security Settings’ under the category System and Security
  4. Check/uncheck the option ' Allow users to access the Customer Community ' available under Data privacy
