Replicon's Gen-2 version:

- Follow the steps given to enable a User to view and edit clients:

1. Log in as an Administrator 2. Go to Administration > Users.  3. Click on your name and make a note of the permission(s) assigned.  4. Go to Administration > Users/Departments > Permissions. 5. You can either Edit the Permission e.g Project Manager, or add a new one. [Note: If you edit an existing permission then changes made will be applicable to all the users who are assigned this permission. We recommend creating a new permission and assigning the same to your profile.]  6. Expand the 'Project' sub permission in the 'Edit Permission Screen' 7. Check off 'View', 'Add' and 'Edit' against Clients as per the screenshot below. 8. Click 'Save'.
  - If  you created a new permission then go to Administration > Users, click on your account and under permissions enable the newly created permission.

Thanks, Lingaraj   Kindly do rate if you find this solution helpful

Hi Morri,

Looks like you have selected RepliconPPM as your product which is why you do not have any client management options. As PPM is good for Project Costing along with resource management. If you need clients, then you must also have TimeBill or RepliconPSM module selected.

I see that you are currently testing Replicon. Here is how you can enable additional products:

Please go the below URL:

https://na7.replicon.com/accountingforgood/administration/products

Enable TimeBill which will give client billing options as well.

Let me know if that helps. If you still require further assistance, kindly email support@replicon.com for immediate assistance.

Thanks,
Lingaraj
