How do you calculate your site's uptime?

I'd love to know how you calculate your site's uptime. Your site shows that your service status is 100% and that's not true. Your site has been down several times in the recent past - with an error message being returned when we tried to log in. It's frustrating when we can't log in when needed. It's even more frustrating to experience this relatively often and see these stats on your site.

Hi Phronissa,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Uptime is measured as a percentage of service availability against unavailability.
Our Uptime is calculated as a percentage of availability against unavailability. An unavailability (Outage) could be a simple reference to events impacting your access to our Cloud services. i.e Login's down

We are currently working with our internal team in updating our uptime page and soon this page would be revamped to show all our current endpoints.

Thanks,
Raghu K

I'm glad you'll be making the change to give folks a more accurate picture of what your customers consider uptime. No one considers your "service" to be available if they can't log in and seeing only the stats you currently have on your homepage is really a misrepresentation of the experience customers can expect to have.
