How do i transfer user to new supervisor?

How do i transfer user to new supervisor? Dont see the option under administration.

Hi Patrick,

As I understand you would like the Supervisor of an existing user to be changed. There are two ways to do so

1. Change the initial supervisor
- Go to Administration - Users
- Open the user profile
- Click on the edit button available in front of the current supervisor

- Choose the new supervisor name from the drop down

2. Add a new supervisor with effective date
- Go to Administration - Users
- Open the user profile
- Click on "+Assign Supervisor"

- Choose an effective date and add the new supervisor

Hi Aashnee,

You are correct, that is my issue but when I go into Administration and search for user, I don't see him.

Do you know why that is?

Hi Patrick,

There can be multiple reasons for a user not appearing in the User list. Two of the most common ones are the user being disabled and the user list page having filters. May we request you to check the following:

1. Click on the "All" option available on the top right hand corner of the page and then search for the userĀ 


2. Ensure no filters are applied on the page before you search for the user


If you are still not able to view the user then please provide us with a convenient time to reach you and we will look into this further

No joy. I'll check with other supervisors here and see if they have similar issue.
