We are required to have users fill out their timesheets daily. How can I run a report on Tuesday that will show me everyone who has not entered their hours on Monday and so on for each day. Seems like it should be a fairly easy thing to accomplish.
I created an "Overdue" report using the Timesheet Period template in Gen3. For filters I used the timesheet period and Approval Status.
I chose the following in settings: Timesheet period, user name, total hours, submitted on.
We additionally use this report to separately see status of approvals by changing the Approval Status filter to "Waiting for Approval" and thus include approver name, approval date/time, waiting on approver after the above settings (they will be blank when the Approval Status filter is set to Not submitted and Rejected).
