How do I limit the Projects visible to a specific department or group of users

Hi I'm a newbie - I was added to an existing group and our company uses this tool for our enterprise time tracking on projects, etc. When I was added I noticed I see pretty much every project out there and it makes things more complicated. How do I limit my view and the users within my group / department to our initiatives rather than all of the company's. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Looks like your Project Manager Permission allows you to view/edit all the projects (All Projects) instead of your projects (Project Leader's Projects) only. You will have to request your Replicon Administrator to edit your Permission(s) and remove the access to All projects.

Thanks

Thank you for your suggestion :) I created a new permissions that was a copy of "Timesheet" and called it "Timesheet (Assigned Projects)" and changed a test user only have "Timesheet (Assigned Projects)". The test user can still see all the projects.

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

You are talking about Project visibility in the Timesheet, and not direct access to Projects. When a new Project is added, <All> is added as default to the Team list. This allows all the users to view the Project in their Timesheet. To allow selected users access to a Project, please remove <All> from the project's Team list and select only the users who work on the project.

Thanks
