Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

In Replicon a user can only see the customers (Clients) associated with Projects to which the user has been assigned to. Basic users cannot see customers who are not associated

with their projects.
When a new Project is created in Replicon, 'All Users' are added to the Team by default. This allows all users to view the Project and Clients associated with it. Hence, when a new Project is created, make sure 'All Users' is removed from the Team list, and only add users who have to be associated with that project.

Is it possible to hide clients from project managers who can set up projects?  For example, a project manager in the east should not see clients in the west as selections when they set up projects.
