Hi,
Thank you for using Replicon Community.
Please note that this issue may be seen due to corrupt browser cache. We suggest trying the below steps which should resolve the issue:-
>Open Internet Explorer. >Click on the gear symbol at the top right hand corner and select internet options. >Click on Security tab >Click the 'Custom Level' button. >Scroll down to the 'User Authentication' category and enable 'Automatic logon with current username and password'. >Click 'OK' to complete the settings and again 'OK' to close the Internet Options window. >Close all open browsers. >Open a new browser and log into Replicon again as shown in the video below:-
