Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

This can be achieved by using custom fields at the user level. Steps are as follows:-

- Log into Replicon as Administrator.
- Go to Administration > Employees and Organization > User Settings.
- Go to Custom Fields > Create a new custom field called as 'Location'.
- Set the type as Drop-Down.
- Add all the required locations and save.

You can now go to the users profile and select the location in the User Profile section. Above steps have been demonstrated in the video below:-
