Gen2: Unable to view the projects associated with additional departments for the user

We added an additional department for the user, but we are not able to view the projects associated with that department on his TimeSheet.

Hi Herb,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Timesheets get associated to all the departments the users are assigned to, however, this happens the first time its generated. Should there be a change like addition/removal of departments, then this change will only take effect for future timesheets. Existing timesheets will need to be deleted & regenerated after saving existing data.

Only then will the projects associated to that department show up for the users.

Hi, I'm having this same problem. How does a person "delete Existing timesheets & regenerated after saving existing data."?

Hi Dulcie,

A timesheet can be deleted by the administrator. As an administrator perform the below steps:

- Go to administration
- Click on Historical Timesheets
- Open the timesheet you would like to delete and perform the delete function

Please ensure that you make a note of the existing data on the timesheet.

Once the delete is performed then ask the user to login to Replicon and choose the date range from the calendar for which the timesheet was deleted. This will generate the timesheet again. The user will have to reinput the time and details on the timesheet.
