Unable to view new UDF for a new user. Old udf's are still reflecting.

Hi Teri,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

When a new User Defined Field is created in Replicon they are by default not enabled for users.

Eg., Timesheet level User Defined Field created will need to be enabled in the permission group which is assigned to the user. This change will be impacting everyone who is assigned this permission. If you want only specific set of users who need to view the newly created User Defined Field then, create a new permission with this User Defined Field enabled under the Timesheet section. Assign the newly created permission in the users profile and disable another permissions. 

The above is possible only if you are an Administrator in Replicon.
