For a user to be able to view the Time Off calendar one needs to have 'View calendar' permission in their account. You can either create a new permission or edit an existing permission assigned to the user.
Steps are as follows:-
1. Log into Replicon as Administrator. 2. Go to Administration > Permissions > Edit the permission assigned to users. or click on Add. 3. Go to Time Off > Enabled 'View Calendar' permission as shown in the screenshot below.
If you edit an existing permission, then further changes are not required and automatically users will be able to view the Time Off calendar. If you added a new permission, then this permission needs to be assigned to users. Go to Administration > Users > Edit the users account > enable it under Permissions.
