Filter for activity status

Is there a timesheet report template that includes a filter for the status of activities? We have several activities that we have disabled and I would like to be able to easily produce a list of activities that includes only the active ones.

Thank you!

Hi Drema,

Thank you for using Replicon Community!

You can use the timesheet day template. Once you have created the report activate the activity filter as shown below:

In the filter you can uncheck all the activities that have disabled mentioned in front of them:

Let me know if this answers your query.

Thanks,

Thank you. This is how I currently have my report set up. It would be much easier if there were a status filter so we could simply select Enabled the way most other report work. We currently have 49 enable activities on our list - several items to scroll through.

Hi Drema,

Thank you for reply. I will mark this as an idea and will have our product management team look through this.

Thanks,

Hi Drema,

I can understand that it's a bit painful to go through the whole list to find the disabled ones. We don't currently have plans for this, but we regularly re-review all of the ideas as we make future plans.

Thanks,
Charlene

I'm back to this same issue - enabled/disabled even listed in a report would be helpful. Paging through and un-clicking the disabled items is tedious and runs the risk of retrieving invalid or incomplete data. We track the status of projects, users, tasks, etc; why not extend that to activities as well?
