We are currently experiencing technical issues in our Gen3 service. Our technical team is working on resolving the issue. I will update this thread as and when I have more updates.

Ok, so today I will complain, and I apologize ahead of time. 

I WANT SELF-HOSTED BACK!!!!!!!!!!  The reliability of Replicon's cloud has lost clout with me officially. 

I do not like coming in on Monday's wondering if it will be up or down, or if the excuse will be the "load" of users using the system.

I do not like answering to our management team "WHY" it's down, and "WHY" we moved to the cloud if it has so many issues.

I have had more outages with cloud-hosted in 6 months than I ever did while self-hosted in 10 years.

Hi,

This is the third time this month we're experiencing serious problems navigating in Replicon.

We seem to returning to normal.  I'll will wait for the "official" word.

Where do these 100% numbers come from?  Not accurate based on our company uptime and above post from another company.  Service also shows available here, and issues listed on login page.  A little confusing where the official uptime comes from. 

Does "Available" mean the same thing as "Working for end users"?

I can confirm that server team was able to restore the service back to normal. Please let me know if any of the pages are loading slowly.

Rest assured that no stone is left unturned by the Replicon team on what's causing these issues. I will, however, have your account manager reach out to you and take this further. We are very sorry for all the pain this has caused your team today.

I see that's yesterday's outage has made it into the uptime stats for June.  What about all of the other comfirmed outages by me and other customers in past threads.  Here is one 3 weeks ago for example.  Sorry to make these posts, but I'm really tired of undocumented outages.
