Expenses - Expense Sheet Template Customization

Would like more flexibility to customize some of the fields.  For example, there are at least 3 fields that are mandatory: "Description", "Date", and "Date Incurred".  For our company, all 3 fields are populated with the same info.  We submit 1 expense sheet per day of expenses incurred (5 days of expenses means 5 days of expense sheets).  Therefore, we have our employees enter the incurred date in all 3 of these fields just to satisfy the mandatory fill-in requirement.  The incurred date is the only important date to our process.  Your system will automatically show an audit trail as to when it was submitted, approved, etc. if we need to check history.

We do not assign project/subject names just to give a title to the expense sheet; it is unnecessary for our company.   We would like the following options:
  • unselect fields we do not use or don't apply to our company
  • edit field names

Hi Replicon,

I also would like to have more space to enter a description in My Replicon.  A longer data entry field as well as some depth or even a pop out window for added descriptions.
