The ability to have different Expense templates for different class of employees. We have Salesmen and Safety personnel that submit for expense reimbursement. There roles are distinctly different therefore their type of expenses are also different. Although most of the fields are common there would be couple that I would like to have different and make mandatory for one class but not the other. There is a limit of 5 customizable fields and the Expense Template option is about overrides and permissions not creating a distinctly different template with different column headings. In Expense Settings tThe ability to have more than 5 customizable fields would be a help too.
