Expense sheet date column added to main expense screen.

It would be very helpful if the Expenses main screen under both the My Replicon and Payroll tabs included a date column.  When employees submit expense statements for recurring expenses the description is the same and the date would help identify if the expense had bee submitted prior and eliminate possible duplication.

Hi Cindy,

If I am understanding your issue correctly, you wish to have a Submitted On date column under My Replicon or Payroll tab. I will have this discussed with the team and check if there are plans around it. In the mean time may I confirm if you have tried creating a report? The Expense Template report has a submitted on column that can provide you the exact detail.

Yes, the submitted on column under both My Tab and Payroll Tab.  It would be helpful for the supervisors when they are approving under My Replicon and for Payroll when processing the expenses.  It is not helpful to run a report every time an expense is submitted, since this occurs throughout the day.
