Please can you add the option to be able to ensure a user has to select a project for their expenses? At the moment a user can leave the project as "< None >", which has caused our company to miss recharging our clients and also intercompany recharging errors. Thanks.
Yes, it is possible to make project selection mandatory while booking expenses.
Please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Go to the user profile and check the expense permission assigned to this user 2. Click on Permissions and open the expense permission 3. Expand Expenses and selected 'Project Specific' in the field Enter Expenses and save
Please note that you can either create a new permission or edit an existing permission. Editing the existing permission will change the settings for all the users who have this permission assigned. If you have a specific list of people who you would like to make this change for, then we recommend you to create a new permission and assign that in the user profile instead of the older permission.
