Estimated hours with Microsoft Project integration

We are using Microsoft Project integration to load data into Replicon for new projects.  According to Replicon help, the "Estimated Hours" field for each task is loaded from the "Duration" field in the MS-Project file.  A better solution would be to use the "Work" field instead of the "Duration" field since it more accurately represents what Replicon will track from an actual perspective.  For example, if a task in MS-Project is assigned to 3 people for a duration of 5 days, Replicon creates the task with estimated hours = 40 hours.  However, since 3 people are working on the project, the estimated hours should be 120 hours.  This is a serious issue for all tasks that have multiple resources assigned to them.  Is there a way to change the mapping during the import of the MS-Project file to use the "Work" field instead of the "Duration" field?
