You are a Payroll Manager/Billing Manager/Supervisor in Replicon. A user in your organization is unable view Expenses tab when he logs in. You hence try to edit an existing Expense Sheet of this user. Let us take up an example of updating the Expense Code. You change the Expense Code, click on save and receive an error that says "Unable to save the Expense Sheet. You are not able to save an expense sheet without a project".

This error comes up when you are trying to edit Expense Sheet of an Employee who is no more assigned a web expense license. If you are an admin follow the below steps to assign the Web Expense license to the users:

- Go to Administration
- Click on Users
- Open the user profile of the user in question
- Go to Licenses
- Assign Web Expense License to this user
- Save the profile
- Logout and login again

You should now be able to edit the Expense Sheet for the user. The user will also be able to view the Expense tab when he logs in.

If you are not the administrator, then please get in touch with the administrator for Replicon in your organization to help you with the same.
